BIBD SMS BANKING HOW TO REGISTER? - ALL COUNTERS AT BIBD’S BRANCHES

- Consent letter to send BIBD SMS Banking Push Alert
- Attached with IC Copy.
- REQUIREMENTS :
- DSTCOM SUBSCRIBERS ONLY (EASI/PRIMA)
- 18 YEARS AND ABOVE
- OPEN TO ALL BIBD ACCOUNTS (EXCEPT CORPORATE ACCOUNT)
- FOR JOINT ACCOUNT, SMS BANKING IS APPLICABLE FOR PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER ONLY
- ACTIVE ACCOUNTS (NOT DORMANT)
- LIMITED TO ONE MOBILE PHONE NUMBER FOR ACCESS IDENTIFICATION.
- MOBILE PHONE MUST BE HELD UNDER CUSTOMER’S OWN NAME NOT UNDER EMPLOYER/COMPANY
UPON APPROVAL :
BIBD will provide:
- Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be sent via SMS to customer’s mobile phone.
e.g. BIBD SMS Banking PIN awda ialah 11265. Sila tukar SMS PIN awda dengan segera seperti berikut: BIBD TPIN <pin lama> <pin baru> <pin baru> dan hantar ke 8885555. - Upon receiving the PIN, a customer is required to activate the services by changing the PIN according to their preferred number. This procedure is important to ensure that your PIN is NOT disclosed to others.
SERVICES OFFERED : - Push Services - No Charges imposed to Subscribers
- Pull Services – 0.25 Cents imposed to Subscribers
A) PUSH SERVICES : Push Services are divided into two: - REAL TIME ALERT - An immediate notification on any transaction made
The alerts are:
- Large Amount DEBIT/CREDITED through deposit a/c over the counter - $500 & above
- Large Amount DEBIT/CREDITED through deposit a/c over the ATM - $500 & above
- BATCH ALERT - A deferred notification on any transaction made. Alert will only be sent the next day between 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.
