TYPE OF CARD - Executive Card (Stand-alone)* - a single card for the purchase of fuel and other oil related products being offered to the designated driver(s) / permitted vehicle(s).
- Dual Card (Driver and Vehicle Card)* - two cards with one assigned to the driver and the other to the designated vehicle. Both cards are required to be presented during the fuel transaction.
HOW IT WORKS Simply present your card(s) to make a refuelling request at subscribing petrol stations and enter your PIN on the Point-of-Sale Terminal provided. CARD SECURITY FEATURES - PIN based

To expedite the processing of your application, please enclose the following documents with your completed application form: Kad Inden: - Ministry / Department Director's approval letter
- List of names and signature specimens for the authorized signatories
- List of name, signature specimens and copy of identity card for drivers
- Copy of Purchase Order
Fleet Card: - Copy of the Business Registration (Section 16 and 17)
- Copy of Business Certificate of Incorporation
- Copy of Board of Resolution, if applicable
- Past 3 month's copy of company's Current account bank statement
- List of authorised signatories’ name and signature specimens
- List of driver’s name, signature specimens and copy of identity card
- Open Current account with Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad
