Declaration of monthly expenses
Quotation and development agreement from contractor
Copy of approved government housing loan
Approval from the relevant government department
Approved housing plan
Any other related and relevant documents

Personal Continuing Guarantor (PCG):

Original 1.C
Copy of latest salary slip
Declaration of other guaranteed financing

Securities (whichever is applicable)

Applicant:

Assignment of Monthly Salary
Participation of Takaful Scheme
Personal Continuing Guarantor (PCG),

Personal Continuing Guarantor (PCG):

Brunei Citizens and Permanent Residents
An employee of the Brunei Government, Royal Brunei
Airline or Brunei Shell Companies
Must not be a contract employee.
