The Bank acts as an agent for the payment of the purchase whereby the Bank shall utilize as the deposit made by the customer to pay the proceeds to seller's Bank.

The Bank will purchase the goods on behalf of the customer.
The Bank then sells back the goods to the customer at an agreed marked-up price of settlement on a deferred basis.

A guarantee provided by the Bank to discharge the liability of customer to a third party that defaults in fulfilling his obligation.
